🚩 If you have a PSA Integration, you can now map all of your PSA ticket statuses in Liongard, simplifying how your team organizes tickets.

Plus, we’ve added “Silenced” as a default status for any tickets that do not require an update or might take longer to resolve.

🔒 We’ve updated how you roll out Agents for enhanced security! You can now generate a Token that only has permissions to install a Liongard Agent, blocking any other permissions back to Liongard.

🎁 Synology NAS Inspector now supports DSM 7.x
